Marketplace role & product disclaimer

Buyleno is a marketplace that connects independent buyers and sellers. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, Buyleno does not manufacture, own, inspect or test the listed product.

The seller is responsible for accurate descriptions, photographs, condition, compatibility, authenticity, legal ownership and disclosure of known defects. Buyers must review the listing, part number, condition and intended application before purchase.

Buyleno does not guarantee that an item works, is suitable for a particular system or meets a buyer's requirements merely because it appears on the marketplace. Buyer protection and the dispute process remain available when an item is materially different from its listing.

Buyer protection

Eligible payments are protected through the transaction process. Buyers should pay only through approved Buyleno checkout methods and keep all communication inside marketplace messages.

A buyer may report non-delivery, material mismatch, undisclosed damage, suspected counterfeit goods or another eligible problem within the displayed protection window. Evidence may include photographs, video, serial numbers, carrier records and messages.

Seller protection

Sellers must ship to the address shown on the order, use tracked delivery, preserve serial numbers and retain packing and handover evidence. High-value orders may require signature confirmation.

Protection may be refused when the listing is inaccurate, tracking is invalid, the seller moves communication or payment outside Buyleno, or prohibited goods are offered.

Shipping, delivery & customs

Each store sets handling time, carrier, estimated delivery and excluded destinations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because customs, weather, carrier delays and local restrictions may affect transit.

Buyers cannot check out when their destination is excluded by the seller. Import duties, taxes, permits and customs-clearance costs are paid by the party shown in the listing policy.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

The seller's return window, warranty and return-shipping terms are displayed before purchase. A seller policy cannot remove rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

For items not as described, Buyleno may require a return, evidence review, repair agreement, replacement, partial refund or full refund. Buyers must return the same item in substantially the same condition unless instructed otherwise.

Disputes & resolution

The buyer should first communicate through protected messages. If unresolved, the buyer may open a dispute and submit evidence within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

When a dispute is opened within the eligibility period, Buyleno holds the transaction amount while administration reviews the listing, messages, tracking and submitted evidence. The final decision may release funds to the seller or grant the buyer a full or partial refund.

After 30 days, a buyer cannot open a formal dispute. The buyer may request a voluntary resolution, but any full or partial refund requires the seller's express approval.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not sell stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, restricted or unlawfully exported goods; manipulate feedback; provide false documents; bypass marketplace payments; or share contact details to avoid platform protections and fees.

Accounts, listings or payouts may be restricted while identity, ownership, sanctions, fraud or safety concerns are reviewed.

Privacy & account security

Only information needed to operate the marketplace, protect transactions, verify users and meet legal obligations should be collected. Identity and business documents are access-controlled and used for verification and risk review.

Buyleno records page categories and product views, visit times, referring website domains, device categories and approximate countries for owner-only marketplace analytics. Visits from signed-in accounts can be associated with those accounts. We do not collect message contents, passwords, search terms, full URLs or raw IP addresses in visitor analytics. Short-lived rotating tokens help limit abusive traffic.

Visit identifiers are kept only in browser-tab session storage and expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Detailed page activity is retained for 30 days; visit summaries and daily aggregates are retained for 90 days, with scheduled cleanup. Closing an account removes its identified visitor records; anonymous aggregate counts may remain. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected, and visitor analytics can be disabled below.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login and promptly reporting unauthorized access or suspicious messages.

Prohibited goods, sexual content and abusive conduct

Medicines of every kind, drugs, alcohol, weapons, ammunition, gunpowder, explosives, toxic substances and hazardous materials may not be listed or sold on Buyleno.

Pornographic images or videos, sexual exploitation, obscene insults, harassment, sectarian or identity-based hate, threats and incitement to violence are prohibited in listings, photos, files, messages and feedback. Content must serve a legitimate shopping or transaction purpose. Honest complaints, negative ratings and respectful discussion are allowed.

Detected violations are blocked. Do not retry, disguise prohibited content or use images, links or files to bypass these rules. Videos are not accepted as listing uploads. Unreviewed listing photos remain private until administrator approval; automated checks do not replace contextual review. Buyleno may remove content and restrict accounts after review. Use Report or contact support to report violations. New images and PDF files uploaded to private messages are sent to OpenAI for automated content safety screening before sharing. If screening is unavailable or inconclusive, the file is not shared. Existing attachments are not retrospectively screened by this change.

6% Buyleno commission + actual payment fees

The standard Buyleno commission is 6% of the item subtotal, including quantity; shipping is excluded. Any recorded account exemption continues to apply. Payment processing is a separate seller cost, not included in the 6% commission.

The payment provider deducts its actual processing fee from seller proceeds. It may charge on the full payment, including shipping. Buyleno records the confirmed fee once per seller payment, even when that payment covers several items. An unknown fee is shown as pending, never as zero.

Currency conversion, cross-border, withdrawal, refund and dispute charges may also apply under your payment provider's terms. Review the provider's fee schedule for your account and country before connecting. These are separate from Buyleno commission; no fixed processing rate or final bank payout is promised.

Optional store subscriptions are charged separately. Refund history shows confirmed Buyleno fee credits; a refund does not imply that the provider returns all its charges. Payment activity and payout statements show recorded amounts. Existing orders keep their saved commission.
